Every project follows five stages: Discovery, Idea, Design, Animation and Sound.
You approve the script, style frames and storyboard before animation starts, so there are no surprises at the end.
Discovery: a call to understand your audience, message and goals.
Idea: concept and script.
Design: style frames and storyboard.
Animation: motion, timing and transitions.
Sound: voiceover, music and sound design, timed to the picture.
You work directly with the studio's co-founders and senior team, not an account manager, so feedback goes straight to the people making your video.
-
We run projects asynchronously, with clear milestones, shared review links and written feedback, so you can review in your own time zone.
Live calls are scheduled at key stages such as kick-off and storyboard review.
One point of contact for the whole project.
Feedback is collected in two rounds per stage, which keeps the schedule predictable.
-
Revision rounds are built into every project and agreed in your proposal before work starts.
Each stage (script, storyboard, animation) has its own feedback round, so changes are made early, when they are quickest.
2 standard revision rounds per stage.
Changes to an approved script or storyboard after animation has started may be quoted separately.

Depending on the project, the deliverable formats may vary.
For video projects, you receive a high-resolution video file ready for web, social and presentations, in the aspect ratios you need. Formats and versions are agreed at the start of the project.
Standard delivery: MP4 (H.264) and MOV (ProRes 422) in Full HD 1080p. 4K on request.
Aspect ratios: 16:9 as standard, but we can deliver any ratio depending on your needs. 9:16 and 1:1 for social content are often requested add-ons to most video projects.
Optional: versions without voiceover or text for translation, subtitle files, MOGRT templates, GIFs.
